Wilox Strumpfwaren GmbH was founded in 1963 in Kempten in the Allgäu region of Germany and has remained an expert and reliable partner to brand names and own brands in the hosiery industry ever since.
BAUMGAERTNER Textilvertrieb GmbH, specialising in knitted legwear, was integrated into the company in October 2002 as a 100% subsidiary.
In December 2006 Wilox was sold by the owners to Daun & Cie Aktiengesellschaft. This move set the course for our continued success into the future. The synergies arising from this merger have made it possible for Wilox to use yarns produced in-house.
